1. Mix the orange food coloring with the rolled fondant until the desired orange color is achieved. Let it rest and set aside. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Cream the butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, then add the egg and cake mix. Knead the mixture either with a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 4-5 minutes, until the dough comes together. 4. Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the dough thinly (about 3 mm). Use the cutter to cut out cookies, repeat with the remaining dough and place them on the baking sheet. 5. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake the cookies for about 12 minutes. 6. Decorate: You can create different shapes by turning the cutter!
